After watching and helping her mother navigate everyday technology, Kimberly saw a larger challenge: as more of daily life moves online, older adults need more than access to technology. They need patient, human support to build confidence using it.
Drawing on her background in engineering, design, and digital strategy, Kimberly created a model that combines practical technology education with intergenerational connection, helping older adults build digital confidence while strengthening relationships across generations.
